Our favourite meal at Le Meridien Phuket was a feast at Latest Recipe featuring a selection of local Phuket dishes. Highlights included spicy papaya salad, sour fish curry and Pad Kra Pao.

Tonson Restaurant and Bar overlooks the stunning blue waters of the pool at Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort. Enjoy international dining and hand-crafted cocktails with a view of pretty white umbrellas.
We visited Tonson Restaurant each morning for a decadent breakfast buffet, which featured Western classics like omelettes and French Toast to Asian favourites such as spicy curry and DIY noodle soup.
