This year the team at Rock-It Promotions hosted their annual Tastemakers Lounge in an intimate space at The Intercontinental Toronto Centre. Launched in 2005, Tastemakers was the first full-service, Canadian-owned and operated product placement company specializing in gifting lounges and swag bags. Tastemakers has had a major presence at Canada’s JUNO, Genie and Gemini awards shows, plus broadcast network, sporting and corporate fundraising events.
Over the course of its twelve-year tenure, Tastemakers has hosted and gifted many notable names including Kate Winslet, Brie Larson, Brad Pitt, Ethan Hawke, Colin Firth and Geoffery Rush. Tastemakers will continue to its tradition of giving back at TIFF to their charity of choice – the SickKids Foundation. Celebrity guests are given an opportunity to show their support by signing an autograph board that will later be given to SickKids Foundation to be auctioned off.
