ALTO Italian Restaurant
ALTO is the resorts award-winning Italian restaurant, which has a sister property in Rome.
Chef Pietro Mangani has garnered extensive experience in the world of Michelin-starred cuisine by working alongside renowned chefs such as Heinz Beck, Riccardo di Giacinto, and Quique Dacosta.
Chef Mangani’s southern Italian dishes are served in a glamorous and modern restaurant interior. The open-air dining room sits perched over an al fresco deck accentuated with chic patio furniture.
At night couples swoon to a the romantic ballads of a local live music duo who sing and strum guitar on stools. Highlights from the menu include Oxtail Ragu Semolina Gnocchi, classic Roman Cacio e Pepe topped with black truffle, parmesan and beet adorned Beef Carpaccio, and crispy Pork Belly served with grilled leeks, creamy mashed potatoes and marinated mushrooms.
Next door, the ALTO cocktail bar celebrates Italian aperitivo culture with hits like the Aperol Spritz, Garibaldi, and Negroni Sbagliato. The wine list focusses on Italian estates with great regional representation.
The bar has a sophisticated yet casual lounge vibe featuring a vintage pool table, gold flecked antique buddha statues and fresh potted violet-coloured orchids.

Surrounded by a tropical garden and bordering a 60-meter freeform pool, Firefly Pool & Restaurant offers a relaxing atmosphere during the day, and magical evening ambience as the pool lights up like twinkling fireflies.
Firefly’s open kitchen features a dedicated wood-fired grill where modern Mediterranean BBQ and authentic Thai specialities are prepared before your very eyes.
The extensive menu at Firefly reads like a bible, with dishes that are sure to please picky easters as well as adventurous foodies.
In the morning, graze a generous breakfast buffet that features Western classics like waffles, pancakes, sausage and bacon, as well as fresh tropical fruit and endless tables topped with traditional Thai dishes like fried noodles and spicy coconut curry.
