The Seasons provides a deliciously healthy dining experience focused on plant-based cuisine, blending innovative ingredients and cooking techniques to reimagine Western favourites and traditional Southern Thai dishes.
Chef Luca Mancini brings 3 decades of culinary experience from kitchens in his native Italy, England, India and Thailand. The chef’s menu features a beautiful illustration of Phuket, pointing out all of the local producers in the region that appear on the menu. An awesome opportunity to sample local red rice, fresh tofu, and sea grapes.
The Seasons offers two seasonal tasting menus that adapt to Thailand’s changing seasons and the availability of fresh produce. The culinary team thoughtfully crafts wine pairings that pair perfectly with each vegan dish within a romantic open air dining room.
During our visit The Seasons tasting menus were organized into East vs West.
The East menu highlights included steaming Har Gao, Khao Rai Monsoon Stew and Moo Hong Bao Buns. The drool-worthy Wester menu featured Beetroot Carpaccio, Jack Fruit Tacos and Andaman Sea Risotto.
The Edge
The Edge is the resort’s all-day-dining restaurant serving Asian-inspired contemporary cuisine overlooking pretty Natai Beach.
Each morning hotel guests gather here to indulge in the morning meal at this scenic beachside restaurant. Breakfast at Aleenta Phuket Resort features a mix of Asian and Western brunch favourites.
