I’ve been digging through all of my pre-blog adventures and wanted to bring you a brief photo journal of my time in Southampton UK. I had planned my solo backpacking trip for my reading week in 2nd year University. I flew into Gatwick and hopped on a train to Southampton where I visited local friends who I worked with in my summers in Muskoka. This southern sea side town will forever be a fond memory as it was my first experience in Europe. I adored the cobblestone streets, heritage architecture and my first Bangers and Mash Pub experience. From Southampton I headed north to Parsons Green London where I spent the next few days visiting with my cousin Noelle exploring one of Europe’s most cosmopolitan capitals.
