I had been meaning to visit Ward Island all summer! Unfortunately my summer consisted of shift work at Starbucks which disallowed me to enjoy my weekends on the beach. Armed with our cameras my father and I ventured onto the Toronto Island Ferry and spent our Thanksgiving Monday snooping about the beautiful eccentric homes here, the yacht club and in and out of the bush. Amazing views of the city skyline. I can’t wait for next summer to enjoy the optional clothing beach at Hanlan’s Point.
