This year, St David’s appointed Christian Carbillet as their new Executive Chef. Having served in various hospitality food and beverage positions around the world, Christian is a seasoned culinary professional bringing over 42 years experience to the hotel. Christian also holds the treasured title of ‘Maitre Cuisiniers de France’ (Master Chef of France) and is currently the only chef awarded this title within Wales. Since joining St David’s Hotel, Chef Christian has brought together an exquisite new menu focused on locally sourced ingredients and fresh produce. Christian has infused the St David’s Hotel menu with an International de Luxe style Brasserie experience; bringing a traditional yet vibrant selection of flavours to the Tempus restaurant menu.
