I recently attended the launch party for The Hogtown Pub and Oysters located in the heart of Little Italy on College Street. Hogtown has taken over the space formerly occupied by The Auld Spot Pub and revamped the menu to create a more refined gastro pub experience. I invited my friend Maxime Bocken along for the ride. His first foodie event, I think he found it rather hilarious how food bloggers and photographers act like wolves as soon as the food comes out from the kitchen. Everyone wants that perfect shot of untouched culinary beauty.
I was the first to arrive, as always and took some great pictures of the interior. By the time I left the place was absolutely packed with the cities favorite food writers, chef’s and pub grub lovers.
