In the food court at the TD Bank Building located at York and Wellington sits a new healthy grab and go restaurant. I arrived at iQ Food Co with a friend to be greeted by a long line of suits and skirts waiting for their lunches.
Staff at iQ Food Co were energetic and took our orders promptly and with a great big smile no less. I ordered one item off each menu: a wrap, salad, hot box and item from their prepared glass case.I thought the Caesar was excellent but could have used slices of Red Delicious rather than Granny Smith as you can see the visuals could use some sprucing up. The mango dish was excellent as the fruit was perfectly in season. We enjoyed two bottles of organic lemonade and apple juice which quenched.
