The restaurants open-concept dining room offers sky high ceilings, decorated in a blanket of glowing white lamps. The choir of overhead orbs string together to create an intimate vibe.

Carbon Bar Toronto’s resident bartender, Brendan Piunno explains the buildings history, “the restaurant was once a popular record shop, then a legendary rock’n’roll discotheque Electric Circus, followed by a Disney dance studio.”

Private Dinning at Carbon Bar Toronto

If you’re looking to book a large group, Carbon Bar offers some of the best private dining options in Toronto.

The Green Room is an upstairs private dining space, which offers views over the restaurants bustling main dining room. The Green Room can accommodate up to 30 seated diners, or up to 50 guests for a standing cocktail reception.

The restaurants Chef’s Table is an excellent option for large celebratory parties or corporate feasting. Extending from the restaurant’s open kitchen, the Chef’s Table seats up to 12 guests keen on digging into The Carbon Bar Experience.

The Carbon Bar Experience is available for reservations over 2 at $69 per person. The Carbon Bar’s website explains, “Allow our chef to choose the perfect selection of snacks, apps, a mid course, mains and dessert to be served family style to your group.” The multi-course family-style tasting menu takes you through all of the highlights of the menu. Available for two seatings nightly.
