Oatmeal Chocolate Toffee Walnut Cookies

These Oatmeal Chocolate Toffee Walnut Cookies are by far the best you will ever taste. They are quick and easy to throw together (and the batter freezes well too). The combination of walnuts, chocolate, oatmeal and chewy toffee is what one would call “match made in heaven.”

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 t baking soda

1 cup butter

3/4 cup white sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup skor toffee bits

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 1/2 cups oatmeal

Directions:

Sift flour and baking soda into large bowl. In a separate bowl cream butter, white sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Add creamed mixture to dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips, skor toffee bits, walnuts and oatmeal. Take the dough and make two rolls of dough and wrap in saran wrap. Chill in freezer. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove dough from the freezer and cut the roll into cookies about 1/2 inches thick. Bake for 8-10 minutes on cookie sheet.
