How To Make Ninja Creami Strawberry Ice Cream

Homemade ice cream has never been easier thanks to the Ninja Creami, and this luscious Strawberry Ice Cream recipe proves it.

Bursting with the sweet, sun-kissed flavour of fresh strawberries, this decadent treat gets a tangy lift from lemon pudding mix (which helps thicken and create a smooth consistency) and a luxurious finish from whipping cream. It’s the perfect dessert for summer barbecues, family gatherings, or simply indulging in a scoop (or two) on a warm evening at home.

What sets this recipe apart is the texture, silky smooth, light yet rich, created by the Ninja Creami’s innovative churning process. The lemon pudding mix isn’t just a flavour enhancer; it also adds body and creaminess, making every bite velvety and indulgent. Paired with juicy strawberries and just the right touch of sugar, it strikes the ideal balance between sweet and tangy.

This ice cream is also wonderfully versatile. Serve it in cones for a nostalgic twist, layer it into a sundae with fresh fruit and whipped cream, or enjoy it alongside a slice of lemon cake for an elegant dinner party finale. With minimal prep and maximum reward, this Strawberry Ice Cream recipe is destined to become a family favourite you’ll be making all season long.

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • blender

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Fresh or Thawed Frozen Strawberries divided
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Pudding Mix
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream

Instructions

  • In a blender add 6oz of strawberries, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 tbsp lemon pudding mix and 1 cup of whipping cream. Blitz until well combined.
  • Pour base into an empty Ninja Creami Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze overnight for at least 12 hours.
  • Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creami Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
  • Select ICE CREAM. If your freezer is set to a very cold temperature, the ice cream may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RE-SPIN to process the mixture a little more.
  • When processing is complete, take remaining 2 oz of strawberries and place into a well in the centre of the pint. Press the Mix-ins button to incorporate.
  • Remove the pint from the machine. Scoop, serve and enjoy!
