Brazilian Passion Fruit Caipiroska
The Caipirinha is Brazil’s national cocktail.
With a few tweaks by inventive mixologists the Caipiroska was born. Bartenders simply swapped local sugar cane spirit cachaça in favour of vodka.
The lighter tasting cocktail is best paired with tropical passion fruit and freshly squeezed lime. Muddle the pulp of a freshly sliced passion fruit into the crushed ice-filled cocktail glass and you’ll enjoy the delight of crunchy seeds with each sip.
Serve alongside creamy Batida de Coco and your favourite South American snacks at your next summer happy hour or patio fête!
