Paradisus Los Cabos is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort set on a rare, swimmable stretch between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.
The property began its life as Meliá Cabo Real. In late 2016, Meliá invested over US$35M to convert and upgrade it to Paradisus Los Cabos, adding The Reserve (a boutique hotel within the resort), new dining options, and expanded event space. It later joined The Leading Hotels of the World, and has since been repositioned to an adults-only experience.
Paradisus Resort in Los Cabos was designed in a clean, contemporary style by Spanish architects Álvaro and Adriana Sans, with interiors by Mexican designers Téllez y Téllez.
The breezy aesthetic features pale stone, sand-toned textiles and dark woods that mirror Baja’s desert palette fading into the Sea of Cortez. The resort’s “chic neutral” look is deliberate, framing the horizon rather than competing against it.
