With a noted affinity for local and artisanal products, Maison Boulud enchants its diners with imaginative French dishes, attentive service, and a romantic dining room overlooking the hotel’s magical garden.
Executive Chef Riccardo Bertolino shares his flare for his home sweet home by brilliantly marrying classic French flavours with Italian traditions. Highlights from his menu include celery and caper muddled Veal Tonnato, lobster and maitake mushroom topped Potato Gnocchi, and succulent Roasted Guinea Fowl sitting perched over bean fricassee and crunchy fried kale.
