Review: Rol San Restaurant, Toronto

My all time favorite Chinese restaurant in China Town is Rol San! Located just north of Dundas on the east side of the street, the place is open all day and all night! It is amazing how busy the place can be at 4am when drunk club kids plop into their seats, sip tea and try and use their chopsticks without shooting rice across the floor.

I visited Rol San with Marissa after Hump Night at Charlotte Room. We were famished after several Blanche de Chambly pint’s and my mouth was screaming for Chinese! I have had very few items on the menu here so can only truly recommend what keeps bringing me back. The cripsy beef! Order it you won’t regret it!

NOTE: crispy beef is delicious hot when served at the table AND cold out of the fridge the following morning.

We enjoyed:

Crispy beef with ginger spicy honey sauce

Singapore rice noodles with shrimp and pork

Vegetable fried rice

#109 restaurant reviewed in Ontario since moving to Toronto in 2010.
