Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Strega
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 4 oz Sparkling Wine
  • Lemon Twist

Instructions

  • Combine the gin, Strega, simple syrup, and bitters in mixing glass.
  • Add ice and stir until chilled.
  • Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top off with sparkling wine.
