- 220 ml Canola Oil
- 150 g Semisweet Chocolate
- 350 g Toblerone chopped, divided
- 3 Large Eggs
- 275 g White Sugar
- 100 g All Purpose Flour
- 40 g Cocoa Powder
Preheat oven to 340 F and line a 9x9″ square cake pan with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat stir together oil, semisweet chocolate and 150g chopped Toblerone until melted. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and sugar until the colour has turned a pale yellow and the volume has doubled.
Slowly pour the cooled chocolate sauce into the sugar and egg mixture. Gently fold together.
Once combined, sift in the cocoa powder and flour then gently fold together.
Fold in 150g of chopped Toblerone and pour into the prepared tin. Sprinkle remaining 100g of chopped Toblerone evenly on top.
Bake brownies in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Once baked, leave to cool in the tin before slicing and serving.
