Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • Mint Sprig garnish
  • Lime Wheel garnish

Instructions

  • Add gin, simple syrup, lime juice and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into an ice filled cocktail glass. Top with a splash of soda water.
