Ingredients

  • 8 slices Brioche Bread
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200F.
  • Whisk together eggs, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a casserole dish.
  • Dip thick slices of brioche bread into egg mixture, being sure to coat evenly on both sides.
  • Preheat non-stick pan over medium heat and add a dab of butter. Once butter is melted add 2 slices of Brioche French Toast at a time. Let each side fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Store French Toast in preheated oven on a baking sheet to keep warm until ready to serve.
  • Serve Cinnamon French Toast with fresh berries and drizzle of maple syrup.
