- 8 slices Brioche Bread
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/3 cup Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Fresh Berries
Preheat oven to 200F.
Whisk together eggs, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a casserole dish.
Dip thick slices of brioche bread into egg mixture, being sure to coat evenly on both sides.
Preheat non-stick pan over medium heat and add a dab of butter. Once butter is melted add 2 slices of Brioche French Toast at a time. Let each side fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Store French Toast in preheated oven on a baking sheet to keep warm until ready to serve.
Serve Cinnamon French Toast with fresh berries and drizzle of maple syrup.
