Tomatillo Pico de Gallo is a Mexican salsa that is tangy, crunchy and spicy. Serve as a snack with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.

Ingredients

  • 5 Tomatillos quartered
  • 1/3 cup Red Onion minced
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Chop the tomatillos, jalapeno, cilantro, and onion.
  • Combine chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and lime juice. 
  • Toss to combine then serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
