- 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 1.5 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 100 g Toblerone Bar finely chopped
- 200 g Toblerone Bar sliced into large chunks
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
In a stand up mixer with a paddle attachement cream butter, sugar and almond extract until light and fluffy.
Add flour and cornstarch gradually while beating continuously. Add chopped Toblerone pieces.
Drop 2 tablespoons worth of dough and slightly flatten onto baking sheet. Squish a Toblerone chunk into the middle of each cookie.
Bake for 15-17 minutes. Let cool on a rack before serving.
