Tajarin Pasta with Porcini Truffle Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 300 g Fresh Tajarin Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 180 g Porcini Truffle Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Thinly Sliced Truffles optional garnish

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
  • Meanwhile melt the butter in a large frying pan set over a medium low heat. Add porcini truffle sauce and stir until combined.
  • Then drop in the tajarin pasta to the boiling water and wait for it to come back to a boil then cook for just 1 minute. Do not cook for over a minute as the noodles will start to break down and fall apart as they are very delicate.
  • Drain the pasta and add to the porcini truffle sauce. Toss together until combined.
  • Serve immediately with grated parmesan cheese and optional sliced truffles.
