Spicy Greek Feta Dip Tirokafteri

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Feta Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/8 tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients (except the dried oregano) in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with dried oregano, chili flakes and crumbled feta.
