Ingredients

  • 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • Mint Sprig garnish

Instructions

  • Add mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle with gin, lemon & lime juice, and syrup. Fill with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds until cold.
  • Strain into chilled Collins or rocks glass. Top with sparkling soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
