- 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Soda Water
- Mint Sprig garnish
Add mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle with gin, lemon & lime juice, and syrup. Fill with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds until cold.
Strain into chilled Collins or rocks glass. Top with sparkling soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
