- 3 Ripe Avocados peeled, seeded
- 5 Tomatillos husked, quartered
- 2 Scallions chopped
- 2 Serrano Chiles chopped
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves peeled
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1.5 tsp Kosher Salt
In a blender or food processor on medium low speed, puree the avocados, tomatillos, scallions, serranos, jalapenos, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and salt until smooth. Do not blend at a higher speed or it will develop an airy consistency.
Season with salt and serve with nachos or as a salsa for tacos.
