- 19 oz Canned Chickpeas
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/3 cup Fresh Dill finely chopped
Add all ingredients (except dill) to a blender or food processor and blitz until completely smooth.
Add 2-3 tbsp of cold water to thin out the hummus to your desired consistency.
Fold in chopped dill until combined.
Serve with pita, bagel chips, nachos and sliced veggies.
