- 3 Ripe Avocados
- 1 Roma Tomato seeded, finely diced
- 1/2 Medium White Onion finely diced
- 1/2 cup Cilantro finely chopped
- 4 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper seeded, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Cut 3 large avocados in half lengthwise, remove pits, scrape the flesh of the avocado out with a spoon. Place in a medium bowl with a flat bottom and mash avocados with a potato masher or a fork to a chunky consistency.
Squeeze fresh lime juice directly over avocados while prepping the rest of your ingredients.
Add diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir just until combined and serve with tortilla chips.
