Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Avocados
  • 1 Roma Tomato seeded, finely diced
  • 1/2 Medium White Onion finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper seeded, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut 3 large avocados in half lengthwise, remove pits, scrape the flesh of the avocado out with a spoon. Place in a medium bowl with a flat bottom and mash avocados with a potato masher or a fork to a chunky consistency.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice directly over avocados while prepping the rest of your ingredients.
  • Add diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir just until combined and serve with tortilla chips.
