  • measuring spoons
  • Wooden spoon or spatula

  • 12 oz Kielbasa Sausage sliced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Spanish Onion chopped
  • 3 cups Green Cabbage chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Brown the sliced sausage until crispy. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.

  • In another nonstick skillet over medium heat cook the fried eggs to your liking. Serve the Breakfast Cabbage Hash topped with fried eggs with chopped chives and sour cream. Crunchy dill pickles are yummy too!
