Cocktail Shaker
- 2 oz Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White (1/2 oz)
- Lemon Peel + Maraschino Cherry garnish
Add the whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 30 seconds, until cold.
Strain the drink into a rocks glass and let the egg white foam collect at the top of the glass.
Serve with ice and garnish with a lemon peel and maraschino cherry.
