This beauty does not disappoint We were on the fourth floor facing the pool and WOW what a site this resort is absolutely amazing the staff are so happy polite and very very helpful the food omg! The doughnuts 🍩 I will crave thaws til my next visit thank you staff for an enjoyable memorable time in bali

Absolutely loved my stay at the stones. I got last minute deal which meant i was given a room with no view or balcony but the room was so lovely and clean that i was not bothered by that. The pool was lovely and the food and drink service was excellent. The pool attendants were efficient and an absolute pleasure - making sure I felt looked after. The coctails were exceptional, delicious and good quality. I loved the extended "happy hour" which basically went most of the day - this made the drinks affordable and were a highlight to the overall experiece. The kids club was great and I cannot wait till my daughter is 4 so she can hang out there without my supervision. I ordered room service that night and that was great (i got a pizza it was delicious). The welcome Ice block was a lovely touch too - my only slight downers were that the check-in and check-out are a little bit delayed and there was a bit of a wait to get your check-in finalised also the convenient store (NOT ATTACHED TO THE STONES) but along the driveway of the stones has a family of rats that live in the roof and ran around the shop at night which was a little unsettling to see after I had been puchasing food and drinks there. But again that hasNOTHING to do with the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel - more of a heads up to maybe look for a different convenient store to buy from. I will 100% be back to the Stones

LikedThe Staff were exceptional, so lovely, friendly and attentive, nothing was too much to ask. Hospitality here is fabulous, John Engle and team were A+ at every turn. The food was amazing and the two for one Steak night was the best steak I had ever had! The buffet breakfast was amazing. The Pool Bar staff were heaps of fun, and super friendly and always on, they remembered your name and told jokes as if we had known them for years. John has a fabulous Team lead by my favourite Arik aka Stacey and Yoga. The Hotel has strict security measures and felt so safe at all times. Rooms are fabulous, Pool is a great set up. I cannot speak highly enough of this Resort.
