Ingredients

  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • 1 oz Peach Jam
  • Ice Cubes
  • Peach Slices

Instructions

  • Add the egg white to a cocktail shaker.
  • Measure the whiskey, lemon juice and peach jam using a jigger and pour them into the shaker.
  • Add ice and close the shaker tin with the lid and shake for 30 seconds to make the egg white frothy.
  • Strain the mixture to make the cocktail smooth and free from any egg particles into a coup or rocks glass.
