- 1 Egg White
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Whiskey
- 1 oz Peach Jam
- Ice Cubes
- Peach Slices
Add the egg white to a cocktail shaker.
Measure the whiskey, lemon juice and peach jam using a jigger and pour them into the shaker. Add ice and close the shaker tin with the lid and shake for 30 seconds to make the egg white frothy.
Strain the mixture to make the cocktail smooth and free from any egg particles into a coup or rocks glass. Garnish with fresh peach slices.
