  • 350 g Packaged Ravioli
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 15 Cherry or Grape Tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1 cup Bocconcini sliced in quarters
  • 2 tbsp Basil Leaves thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • Kosher Salt & Black Pepper to taste


  • Cook the ravioli in salted boiling water according to the package instructions.
  • When the ravioli is cooked through, drain the water in a colander over the sink. Drizzle the ravioli with olive oil and gently toss so they don't stick together.
  • Transfer ravioli to a plate and and top with freshly cracked pepper and sprinkle of kosher salt.
  • Top with sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. Grate generously with parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
