- 4 cups Butternut Squash chopped into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Preheat air fryer to 400 F.
In a large mixing bowl, add the squash cubes along with the other ingredients. Toss until the cubes are well coated.
Arrange the butternut squash chunks in a single layer in your air fryer basket or tray and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the squash is fork tender and crispy on the outside. Shake or stir the cubes after 10 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
