- 2 oz Gin
- 4 oz Cilantro Juice
- 1 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Soda Water
- 2 dashes Celery Bitters
- 1 Egg White
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker add gin, cilantro juice, ginger syrup, lime juice and celery bitters. Shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds.
Pour contents of the cocktail shaker through a sieve into a cocktail glass and add soda water. Wait 30 seconds to allow egg white foam to float to the top.
Serve garnished with a cilantro leaf.
