Cucumber Cilantro Juice Cocktail

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 4 oz Cilantro Juice
  • 1 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • 2 dashes Celery Bitters
  • 1 Egg White


  • In an ice-filled cocktail shaker add gin, cilantro juice, ginger syrup, lime juice and celery bitters. Shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds.
  • Pour contents of the cocktail shaker through a sieve into a cocktail glass and add soda water. Wait 30 seconds to allow egg white foam to float to the top.
  • Serve garnished with a cilantro leaf.
