Frozen Rum Raspberry Daiquiri

- 2 oz White Rum
- 1.5 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Ice
- Fresh Raspberries garnish
Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup and raspberries to a blender.
Pass liquid through a fine sieve into a large measuring cup. Discard raspberry seeds.
Pour measuring cup back into the blender with 1 cup of ice. Blitz until fully blended.
Serve in your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
