  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Soda Water
  • Lime Slice, Blueberries, Mint Sprig garnish


  • Add blueberries, lime juice, simple syrup and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker.
  • Use the end of a wooden spoon to muddle the mint into the lime juice and sugar syrup. This releases oils from the mint, breaks up the blueberries and helps the sugar dissolve into the lime juice.
  • Add rum, stir well, and then pour into an ice-filled glass. Top with soda.
  • Serve with fresh blueberries, mint leaves, and lime slice.
