Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries thawed
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Fresh Strawberries 1 cm dice
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • Puree the thawed frozen strawberries in a blender or food processor.
  • In a small pot, add the strawberry puree, sugar, and a third of the cut strawberry pieces. Heat until it comes to a boil. Let simmer for 1 minute, turn off the heat, and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Take two 16 ounce glasses and add half of the cooled strawberry puree and half of the remaining cut strawberry pieces into each glass. Pour half of the milk into each glass and serve immediately. Top with whipped cream.
