- 2 oz Cream Sherry
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Honey
- 1 Egg beaten
- 3 dashes Bitters
- Dash Ground Cardamom
- 1/8 tsp Ground Pistachio
Combine the sherry, lemon juice, honey, egg and bitters. Add ice and vigorously shake 30 seconds to chill. Double strain into a rocks or coup glass.
Garnish with ground cardamom and pistachio.
