Jajik Cucumber Mint Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 2 Medium Cucumbers peeled, grated, squeezed and drained in a colander
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, garlic, cucumbers, mint, cilantro and oil. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight. If you're in a rush you can serve it immediately.
  • Before serving, garnish with mint and black pepper. Accompany with pita.
