- 2 Medium Parsnips
- 1 tsp Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
Trim the tops and bottoms of each parsnip. Slice in half lengthwise. Halve or quarter the thick sections lengthwise, until all parsnip pieces are roughly the same size.
Transfer parsnip fries to a large bowl. Add the oil, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the fries with cornstarch and toss with tongs until well coated.
Cook the parsnip fries in your air fryer at 370 F for 15 minutes, or until golden brown, shaking halfway through the cooking time.
