Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Parsnips
  • 1 tsp Canola Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch

Instructions

  • Trim the tops and bottoms of each parsnip. Slice in half lengthwise. Halve or quarter the thick sections lengthwise, until all parsnip pieces are roughly the same size.
  • Transfer parsnip fries to a large bowl. Add the oil, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the fries with cornstarch and toss with tongs until well coated.
  • Cook the parsnip fries in your air fryer at 370 F for 15 minutes, or until golden brown, shaking halfway through the cooking time.
