- 4 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Tempura Batter Mix
- 8 Eggs
- 4 oz Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup Cilantro leaves and stems coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Spanish onion sliced
- 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Maggi Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 4 cups Canola oil
In a small bowl mix the water and tempura batter mix together.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, ground chicken, cilantro, onion, basil, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, Maggi sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce. Add the tempura mixture and stir until fully combined.
In a large wok over high heat, heat canola oil. Once smoke rises from the oil quickly pour in egg mixture and stir in a clockwise motion. Cook for 1 minute, until the omelette is puffy and crispy. Flip and cook for another minute.
Serve hot with steamed rice and Thai chili sauce.
