- 1 cup All Bran cereal
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Applesauce
- 1 Apple peeled, cored, diced
- 1/3 cup Canola oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar
Stir All Bran, milk, applesauce, diced apple, oil and eggs together in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
Stir together dry ingredients in a separate bowl and create a well in the centre.
Add wet bran mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Fill greased muffin tin and bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes.
