Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Bran cereal
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Applesauce
  • 1 Apple peeled, cored, diced
  • 1/3 cup Canola oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar

Instructions

  • Stir All Bran, milk, applesauce, diced apple, oil and eggs together in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
  • Stir together dry ingredients in a separate bowl and create a well in the centre.
  • Add wet bran mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  • Fill greased muffin tin and bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes.
