- 3 eggs
- 8 bread slices
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/4 cup butter
Preheat oven to 200F.
Whisk eggs and Baileys in a casserole dish.
Dip thick slices of Italian bread into Baileys egg mixture, being sure to coat evenly on both sides.
Preheat non-stick pan over medium heat and add a dab of butter. Once butter is melted add 2 slices of Baileys French toast at a time. Let each side of French Toast fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Store French Toast in preheated oven on a baking sheet to keep warm until ready to serve.
Serve French Toast with strawberries or your favourite fresh fruit and drizzle of maple syrup.
