Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 8 bread slices
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200F.
  • Whisk eggs and Baileys in a casserole dish.
  • Dip thick slices of Italian bread into Baileys egg mixture, being sure to coat evenly on both sides.
  • Preheat non-stick pan over medium heat and add a dab of butter. Once butter is melted add 2 slices of Baileys French toast at a time. Let each side of French Toast fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Store French Toast in preheated oven on a baking sheet to keep warm until ready to serve.
  • Serve French Toast with strawberries or your favourite fresh fruit and drizzle of maple syrup.
