DislikedRoom located over restaurant was noisy during the , prep time , opening hours , and closing . Chairs on wooden floors at Le Labours restaurant made too much noise. Some felt or other material to eliminate the noise when moving chairs and tables is a must.

DislikedThe front staff made a weird comment when he saw that we booked through Booking.com. He then tried to convince us to take a breakfast booking 15 min later than the requested time (and insinuated that the requested time was booked up), only for us to find out that the restaurant was completely empty that morning. The spa is cheaper if you book your stay through their website, than if you book through booking and request the spa separately.

Likedthe rooms and location were unique

Dislikedstaff were rude and did not inform us at all about the fact that the second floor balconies are inaccessible. we had to drag our luggage up and down several flights of stairs. layout of hotel is confusing, staff made no effort to explain location of the room, no maps were provided and only one map of the site was visible from a far end of the property, shower was poorly designed and water temp hard to control, shower floor was dangerously slippery, coffee maker was broken and leaked all over the shelves . this property has so much potential and we wanted to love it but the service was terrible and staff’s ambivalence was shocking and extremely disappointing. the room was not available at 4pm checkin even though we had called early to ask for an early check in and they knew we were waiting. this property should not be recommended on your platform until these baffling issues are addressed - mostly in the area of staff service. they should not sell dorm rooms without clearly warning guests that there is no easy way to get luggage to the room and no concierge is available to assist. very poor experience.

DislikedCheck in and check out took a long time. The person cleaning the room dod not clean the wine glasses or replace the empty tissue box.
