LikedThe receptionist was friendly and the bed was comfortable
DislikedThe view from executive suite was into an alley, the window vent was stuffed with tissues as there was no guard on it. This meant the wind (it was a storm when we stayed) was blowing right into the room through the tissues and the noise from the street aswell. Would have aswell had the window wide open. Access to the executive lounge...... We had to press the buzzer I don't know how many times as they only stocked up the fridge with one beer at a time, there was no vodka or Bacardi, snacks were practically crumbs in the jars and no cheese and crackers that wouldn't fill a mouse. Definitely won't be returning for paying £200 for one room . Also room was very dark, only 2 lamps to turn on, no ceiling light, not great for a female getting dressed for a night out.

LikedEverything was pretty much perfect, and I very rarely say that. Location fantastic, especially as arriving at Queen St station. Shops close by, restaurants/bars also, and readily available taxis just outside. Room was great. Quiet, comfortable bed, good shower pressure even on 5th floor, and a wee dram as a night cap on the house. And need to mention the friendly staff. Perfect, and very good value for money in my opinion.
DislikedNo negatives at all.
