DislikedStaff to check on the pool/hot tub more often, a family had added bubbles to the hot tub and it was gross.

LikedThe hotel was centrally located and close to where I had my activities planned. The hotel also offered to help keep our luggage when we checked out at 12 noon.
DislikedThe fact that breakfast was not complimentary. I also requested for a late check out till 3 PM and that was also going to be charged as extra. I accepted to just have an extension of check out till 12 noon at no cost.
