LikedGreat location, decent price compared to other hotels
DislikedNot clean at all. The facilities aren't well maintained and I spent more time cleaning my room when I arrived than any hotel staff did all week long I was there. I went to use the pool once and was disgusted by the state of the water and changing facilities.

LikedThe location was great, as was the price and ease to get to the hotel. The beds were really comfortable and the pedway access to the mall area beside it was fantastic and made it really easy to get around. It was also great that there was a breakfast place directly beside it.
DislikedThe room itself was great, but there was next to no air circulation. This was fixed by a fan being supplied, but still on the second night of our stay, the room got swelteringly hot, even with the temps turned as low as we could. As well, the pool was very dark, both the lighting around it and the pool itself, which really diminished our attempts to even enjoy it.

Excellent value for money and fantastic location. Staff were incredibly fast and friendly on check-in and I was upgraded to a Business Suite for free. I wish I had gotten the name of woman who checked me in because she was fabulous! Room was very clean with a view across to ScotiabankCentre and Citadel Hill, mini fridge kept my drinks cold and Cuisinart coffeemaker kept me topped up with hot drinks. Bed was huge and comfortable, one of the best of my trip so far, A+ rating there, just watch out for stubbing your toe on the wooden base but maybe that was just me haha. Check-out was just as fast and friendly as check-in. Room deposit of CAD$150 was returned lightning fast to my card less than 24hrs later, a rarity with hotels these days, so that was greatly appreciated. Overall incredibly happy with my stay. Hotel is clean and secure with card required at 3 separate points in order to access room. Some of the fittings are starting to look a little old and needing a refresh but that is certainly nothing to complain about at this pricepoint.
