LikedThe hotel is in a great location, to many amenities.

DislikedThe television did not work consistently, it kept freezing up. It would be beneficial to have a separate bedside table for each bed as people have a lot of electronic devices along with c-pap machines.

DislikedThe carpets looked dirty and the tv kept freezing and cutting out.

LikedThe staff when we checked in and when we checked out were friendly

DislikedThe room was very cold, let staff know the heater was not working in our room. Had to sleep in winter wear to stay water.They said someone would bring us more blankets but nobody showed. Staff at checkout took off a cot charge for our inconvenience. An adult was intoxicated jumping in the pool with period pad hanging off her swim suit with blood running down her leg was harassing children at the pool. Which made the pool experience not the greatest. Women was later escorted out by police.
