LikedStaff very accomodating. Nice location.
DislikedArea of hotel is getting rougher. Hotel needs updating. Room was not very clean, old windows. Computer wasn't working on chrck in. Elevator buttons didn't work well.

Likedits close by downtown. very accessible.
Dislikedno microwave toilet fixture and vanity quite outdated no exhaust fan on our bathroom no handheld shower door stopper for the bathroom door is right in front of tub when you get out and you could almost step on it.

LikedVery accommodating staff even with a room upgrade. Four Seasons Amazing food, We really enjoyed staying there, and would consider staying there again.
Dislikedabove parking sucked. The hotel was full and made above parking difficult. You pay 15.00 to park but end up parking on the street . That is the only thing that needs to be improved.

The rooms was a very nice size with a great bathroom. It was also very neat and clean! The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing as it was near downtown, and the University of Saskatchewan. Staff were really friendly and helpful if you had any questions. 100% would recommend staying here on a visit to Saskatoon l.

LikedThe Four Seasons Restaurant was fantastic. The food, service, and price point were all outstanding. Security in the parkade was also a great bonus. The hotel was clean and inexpensive.
DislikedThe rooms were clean but shabby. The furniture has seen better days. Our bathroom amenities were not restocked as well as not having the same amount of towels replenished. The hallways were also dark, walls damaged. The hot tub did not work.
